After staying out of films for quite some time actor- turned- politician -turned- actor Govinda ,has again turned to serious acting. After giving wonderful performances in ‘Salaame Ishq’ and ‘Partner’ Govinda has proved his commercial value. Recently, he has signed a 3.5 crore deal with a leading production house.This only proves the faith put in him.
On personal front it is said that everything is well between him and wife Sunita.This is in spite of Govinda gifting a huge plot of land to an actress. Anyway let bygones be bygones is what the couple has decided and is currently having a good relationship.Our best wishes to them.
The recent hot news is that during the shooting of Jahnu Barau’s Har Pal in Assam, Preity got really pissed off with Shiney’s behavior.The reason is obvious, it had to do with Shiney’s attitude.This guy has been showing his tantrums for quite some time, he thinks that he is some sort of super star.In fact after coming late on the sets he had the audacity to throw his weight around.He has such a nasty attitude problem that he does not even care to respect senior costars like Preity. It’s high time he mends his ways or else he may lose all his projects in hand.
Aish and Hrithik are ready to rock the screen with Jodha Akbar. Hrithik is known for his helpful and caring nature.In fact during the filming of Jodha Akbar, he offered to share the chopper ride with Aish as it would have saved her valuable time .
For those who are unaware Hrithik owns a chopper which he uses regularly to commute between Mumbai and Karjat studio. Recently there were false rumors of Aishwarya and Hrithik having a fight but this incident proves that our Dugu is too soft to indulge in such petty things.
Everyone is anxiously waiting for the release of Jodha Akbar. It appears that the producers are having a tough time to decide upon the release date.Earlier they had decided to release the hindi movie on 25 Jan, but due to unknown circumstances they postponed the date to 15 Feb.So as of know the release date has been finalised as 15 Feb.
Did you know it has taken four long years from conception to final completion. Though the star cast has not openly shown their anguish due to the delays ,there are reports of Hrithik getting impatient. But we all know he cannot openly reveal it due to professional reasons.
Hope the release dates are not further postponed as the audience may lose interest in the film.
If you have the patience of sitting through the first half, then you may enjoy this movie.The opening of the movie is quite boring and that is the main problem with this movie.The first half is loosely edited and has a weak script. The concept of this movie is good ,the plot is well hidden and the climax does manage to get you to the edge of the seat but finally the director forgot to work on the first half of the script.
Ajay Devgan is a corrupt police officer who falls in love with Ayesha Takia. In one of the parties Ayesha is drugged which makes her forget what she did on Sunday.Ajay along with his assistant try to unearth this very secret throughout the movie and they are helped by Arshad Warsi and Imran Khan.
The duo Arshad and Imran have very good sense of comedy and make you laugh throughout the film. Their roles are fantastic and add the much needed comic relief to the film. Imran is a budding actor who wants to rock the hindi movie industry and Arshad Warsi is a taxi driver who does not find anything funny in life which is contrary to what audience thinks.After quite some time we get to see good comedy and that to of a different genre.
Ajay Devgan has acted well and so has Ayesha. In fact Ayesha has experimented with her role. Her dubbing scenes are good and worth a watch.The music is wash out with nothing worth mentioning.
To sum it up this is not a out of the world film and this kind of stories have been repeated many times, so if you have nothing else to do and plenty of money to spend , go and watch this movie.
Deepika has been in the spot light for quite some time so much so that even if she sneezes it becomes news, well that was on the lighter note. The latest buzz is that Deepika has moved out of beau Nihar Pandey’s house into her own home. It appears that Nihar got mad at Deepika due to her affinity for Yuvraj Singh. So Nihar told Deepika that it was either him or Yuvi. It was not difficult for Deepika to decide as she immediately left his home and shifted out.
We wish that Deepika’s romance with Yuvi endures for long time and does not wither off the way it happened in the past.
Darsheel the wonder kid has been advised by Aamir to stay away from Movie functions. Aamir feels that Darsheel should stay away from the spot light for the time being and concentrate on his studies. Recently in one of the interwiews he said and we quote, ‘For a child to preserve his innocence, it is imperative to stay away from spot light. One odd movie is alright but then one should stop there, else the child will lose it’s innocence’.Unquote.
We definitely agree with Aamir. Now we can understand why Darsheel was absent from the award ceremonies.
After Saif it is Shahid’s turn to be termed as the most eligible bachelor.He has been linked with almost all the heroines with whom he is currently working. Recently he was linked with Vidya Balan and when that rumor died down the gossip mill managed to link him with Sania Mirza. Anyways sources have confirmed his going out with the tennis star.
Shahid is finding it difficult to explain his position to each and everyone. Come on Shahid this is a small price of being a star. So this linking business is likely to continue till Shahid officially accepts his relationships, till then the gossip factory has to work over time.
The making of Jodha Akbar has taken pretty long time. Though the music was launched on 15 Jan it took another 10 days for the music to reach the market, but the good news is that it was worth the wait. Firstly the music is not hip hop, as the story line demands it to be full of melody. A R Rahamn’s scores are melodious and are soothing to hear. So in that sense this album is very good and full ‘Paisa Vasul’.
The album consists of 5 songs and two instrumentals. Out of the 5 songs ‘Khwaja Mere Khwaja’ is really good and Rahman really steals the show with this melodious song. The music and the lyrics blend beautifully and that is what is rarely achieved by the current music directors. The opening track Azeem-O- Shaan Shahensha manages to bring the Mughal era to life and Jashn-E-Bahaaraa is already risen towards the top in music chart.The ‘Mann Mohanaa’ track is full of meaning and is pleasing to the ears.
This music album is an outcome of great dedication and hard work. It is definitely the best work for the current year and will surely top the music charts.
